Summary

This is the full opening ceremony and meeting of the 60th International AA conference held in San Diego in 1995. There was a lot of pomp and circumstance at the beginning of this recording (about 40 min worth). I think Im correct that the vast majority of you wont be interested in that. So I took the first 40 min of the event and moved it to the end of the recording so you go right into the speakers. For those of you interested in hearing the sobriety countdown the procession and entrance of all the countries in attendance keep listening after the closing prayer, its all there. There were also a number of silent moments and I removed a good amount of that as well. The full attendance of the conference was 56,000. A little footnote: I am being a little self indulgent with this one since I was at this meeting and it was truly remarkable sitting in the baseball stadium with 47,972 other AA members.
