What's this about?

It's about sending a checkout to every taxpayer on the basis of it being a percentage of the recovered money, so-called,

from waste, fraud, and abuse, from reducing the size of the federal workforce,

from eliminating departments and, in general, finding the last penny under the carpet before you again tax the

people.

Baranique, this is extremely popular, the idea of sending rebate checks out to the people

who paid taxes in the first place that were abused by someone.

I don't at this point blame any name.

I'm just saying waste, fraud, and abuse.
