Hello and welcome to another edition of the Byron York Show, the No Chip Chat podcast.

We'd like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is Mr. Putin and this

war.

Biden's blunder was no Reagan replay.

Mr. Putin in this war.

Now, you know now that the president, Joe Biden, set off an international alarm when

he committed the United States to the goal of regime change in Russia.

You heard him say it.

He said, quote, for God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.

This man being Vladimir Putin.

So Biden was in Warsaw, gave a speech over the weekend, and that's what he said at the

end of the speech.

I mean, the last time the United States set itself to removing a foreign leader, which was

in Iraq beginning in 2003.

The American plan turned into a long running disaster.

So now with a war raging in Ukraine, it would seem like a terrible idea for the president

to announce that the goal of U.S. forces is to remove Vladimir Putin from his position

atop the U.S. government.

But that's what the president did.

He's given this speech and he says, for God's sake, this man cannot remain in power,

which leads to the next question, what are you going to do about it?

So the White House was quick to explain that it was just a mistake.
