We'd like to get right into it and what we're going to get right into now is Democrats,

Judge Jackson, that would be Katangi Brown Jackson, and the woman problem, they have a

woman problem as evidenced in Judge Jackson's confirmation hearings.

So, you've probably heard about this.

I think there's a lot more to it, maybe than some of the coverage suggested.

The important thing to remember about this now infamous, defined woman change between

Senator Marsha Blackburn, the Tennessee Republican, and Katangi Brown Jackson, President

Biden's Supreme Court nominee.

The important thing to remember about this exchange is that Blackburn telegraphed her

pitch.

It wasn't a surprise.

It was not a gotcha question.

It didn't come out of nowhere.

No one should have been surprised by the question, although it appears that Judge Jackson

was in fact surprised by the question.

To understand this, you have to start with the opening day of Jackson's hearings before

the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Now, that's the day that's devoted almost completely to senators giving their opening

statements.

It just takes forever and they go on and on and on.
