Specifically, we're addressing a topic suggestion from one of our listeners, Mark Cleggerman, who asked how much suspension travel mountain bikers really need.

So it's kind of a broad topic, and we thought it would be an interesting one to

tackle. So the first thing we're going to talk about is basically the categories of suspension

travel and their intended uses. So Aaron, you had a good list of those different intended uses,

didn't you? Yeah, it kind of starts out with hard tails, I would say, because while you don't have
