Welcome back to the Mind Over Macros Podcast. As always I am your host Mike Milner and I am coming to you live from Scottsdale, Arizona. I'm actually in my hotel room right now looking out at the mountains.

You know, I think that I really didn't know which direction I was going to go when I hit record but I think that's

probably the way to go is the fact that all you need to do to accomplish something is be committed.

And I think so often, especially the fitness industry we get we get caught up in this motivation like I need I need to be motivated to get shit done and the reality is that motivation is total bullshit.

Like it is just an emotion, it is just a feeling, it is fleeting like every other emotion or feeling.

You do not need to be motivated to get shit done. You just

need to be committed. The issue with relying on motivation is what are you going to do
