Now, let's go into the interview with Pat Mack. All right. Well, our topic here is on motivating

others, which is something Mac does innately, but now even more so intentionally and professionally. Hence, the Keep the Blaze

Alive coaching squad, all his social media expressions, podcast interviews, et cetera, et cetera. So motivating

others is a central part of his life, but I think there's a lot of lessons that can be gleaned

from the way he sees it. It's off debated topic i think it's important i

don't pit like discipline versus motivation because they're just different things you know and you've got

to be motivated still to be disciplined and i had to think of that when i read these you know i made

sure that was clear to me.

It's not discipline.

This is motivation.
