Summary

Sometimes the biggest realizations come to us at the most challenging times. Today’s episode of the Yoga Girl Podcast is no different. Returning to life after a sickness and fever brought her to a different portal, Rachel has a lot to share. From lucid dreams, to big transitions, and all her tests coming back negative - was this past week an ascension? A shedding of layers? A rebirth? A coming home? Sitting down for tea, it all came together. In this episode, you will get a glimpse into an aspect of Rachel’s life she has never shared before: her tea ceremony. This ritual tied together with a newfound vulnerability brought her to her knees and made everything come full circle. Sometimes we have to completely fall apart to put ourselves back together. Sometimes we have to learn to mother ourselves when our inner child is scared and fragile. And sometimes, we have to go to the depths of the portal, to the brink of our edges, to find God.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Wow, wow, wow, wow. I have been on such a deep journey today. I, um, okay, I have to start from

0:50.9

the beginning. So you can probably hear from my voice that I am a little bit under the weather.

0:58.9

And when I say a little bit under the weather, I mean, I have just been through some sort of

1:05.0

portal, some sort of fever portal that transported me to some other realm. Like I don't even know how

1:14.9

to explain it. So I was feeling amazing totally fine a week ago on Friday. I felt great. I worked

1:22.9

out in the morning, spent a whole normal day feeling really energized and then a little bit

1:29.5

tired in the evening on Friday. That was it. I woke up Saturday morning like I had been run

1:36.1

over by a truck. I mean, I, and the weirdest part of this is, okay, not the weirdest part.

1:42.5

There's a lot of weird parts, but one of the weird parts is all night Friday to Saturday,

1:47.9

as I was getting sick, like I, I just developed this whole big thing all the middle of the night,

1:52.7

because I woke up with it didn't have it when I went to bed, right? All that throughout the

1:57.2

night, Friday to Saturday, I dreamt that I had COVID. And it was this really bizarre dream. Like,

2:05.1

I can close my eyes and just remember this very vividly. It was one of those dreams that really

2:10.4

feels like, like it felt like it really happened, you know? And in the dream, I was on a boat with
