40 years. That's crazy, right? So we've been in the business for 30 years. And I cannot think of

another time when I've been more excited because of, you know, some change that's happening.

You know, not even in our first few years in the business where we were doing selling hundreds of homes per year. And that was exciting. But I've never been in the industry. I've been so excited. And I'll tell you why. Because this is going to be the best opportunity for an absolute leveling of the playing field, meaning all the people. And I'm thinking of you and I, I'm being honest, when you and I got to the business, we had no relationships with anybody. We had, we are in our 20, early 20s. We had no centers of influence and past clients. We had no family connections. We had no fancy schools we went to, nothing. We just went out there and did it, right? And we are always on our heels competing against agents that had family connections or had, did have centers of influence and past clients that we never have and all these other types of things.

But now because of AI and agents now for the last, I would say, probably 15 or 17 years have the disadvantage if they didn't have social media presence, if they didn't have great placement on Google, if they didn't have, you know, a great CRM, all these things. They were at a disadvantage, but all that's, all of those advantages are going away. So if we are getting back to the business now, it's Tim and Julie 30 years ago. And with the amount of, this is what's, again, this was exciting me, the amount of success and the pace in which it can happen now for a new practitioner,

let alone someone that's hitting hard reset in their own business and personal life, wanting to
