tricks to lower your rates. This is an incredibly important topic that all of you understand because obviously interest rates, they are going down. They're kind of leveling off where they look like they're going to be at for quite a while. So you need to understand how you can meet the buyer and maybe the seller is moving up, becoming a buyer, how you can meet them

where the market is as far as rates and what they can actually afford. So we're going to give

you, I think, probably at least three, probably more like five or six different things that you

are not considering. And frankly, your loan officer might not be considering when helping that

buyer afford a mortgage payment. That's right.

Now, there's going to be some technical stuff here and maybe even some math.
