1:00.9	It's been a while. It's been a while. Good to see you. Good to see you too. I love your backdrop,
1:06.5	by the way. It reminds me of a big sur, California very, very beautiful. So let's just jump right in.
1:12.6	I mean, so you've been, get folks a little bit of background on your real estate background.
1:17.7	I reviewed the notes from, you know, 13 years ago or 11 years ago. And I remember that at the time,
1:23.7	you were the number one Keller Williams agent in the world, correct?
1:27.9	I, that was one of the titles I collected along the way.
1:30.9	So in 2010, I was ranked the number one agent, but in probably like a four or five year
1:35.7	period, I was in the top three to five of Keller Williams back in the day competing with
1:41.8	like Chris Heller and Russell Rhodes and several other folks
1:44.5	that I still count as dear friends.
