And we'll start right here in bed.

Find somewhere comfortable to lay down for just a minute

And wherever you are, adjust so that you're laying on your back. Bend your knees and bring them into your chest.

Wrap your arms around and give them a big squeeze.

We're going to take some extra time to loosen up the body this morning.
