Today we're building on this week's theme of forgiveness.

Forgiveness has so many sides to it, and it isn't always easy.

In fact, it can be one of the hardest things that we ever do.

For that same reason, it can also be one of the most freeing things that you can choose

for yourself.

Forgiveness can change your entire life, allowing you to escape the past and create peace and the present.

But before we dive in, just pause for one moment.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale, just allow your body to relax.

And while you're here, think of one thing that you might like to be forgiven for.

Maybe you made a mistake or hurt somebody.

We've all got something from our past that we're not super proud of and that's okay.

That makes us human. If you can understand that about yourself, then you can understand that about other people too.
