Affirmations like these are really helpful to retrain the self-talk in your mind.

That little voice you hear in the back of your head. You can repeat them out loud or you can just listen.

And for a deeper experience, go ahead and get into a meditative state by closing your eyes and removing any distractions.

But no matter how you're going to do these affirmations, let's all just take one deep breath in and then slowly exhale. Great. Now let's begin with some affirmations that will help us forgive ourselves.
