In this episode, we've got a very special meditation that will help you see success in your life.

No matter how you may feel about it at this moment, you have succeeded at so many things in life and you

will continue to do so. And this meditation will help you remember that and help you

stay focused on those positive accomplishments in your life.

So let's dive right in. Go ahead and find a comfortable position that you like to meditate in.

As you may know, I recommend that you meditate sitting up.

And that's simply because when you meditate, you become really relaxed and you don't want to fall asleep.

But I know that we all have different preferences and different spaces.

So do whatever works best for you.

And once you've found that position,

let go of any tension you're holding on to.

And take a deep breath in.

As you exhale, slowly close your eyes. Use this first moment to settle into a meditative state.

And a really good way to do that is to start by relaxing the body.

If you relax your body, your mind will relax too.

So soften your face.

Drop your jaw jaw

and relax your shoulders down. And just follow the natural rhythm of your own breath for this first moment or so. Oh, Now that you're settled in, imagine yourself standing at the top of a mountain, looking out across a vast and beautiful landscape below. This mountain represents the summit of all of the successes and every area of your life.
