Today, we're back for a meditation on this week's theme,

being more objective. And in this meditation we'll use visualization to observe our

thoughts in a different light. Instead of creating opinions

about them and ideas, we'll simply watch them. Notice their duality. By the end of today's meditation,

you'll feel a sense of curiosity

to look at things beyond your own perspective.

So let's dive right in and get started.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home will do.

Just don't sit in your bed. And the reason I say don't sit in bed is not because you can't

lay down. If you want to lay down or stand up straight, that's perfectly fine. You just don't

want to do it in bed because bed should really be saved only for sleeping.

It will actually help you sleep better if all you do in your bed is sleep.

So that's why I say that. You can lay down, you can sit, you can stand,

just don't do it in bed. And once you found that comfortable position wherever you want to be,

just take a deep breath in.
