| 1:12.2 | want to do it in bed because bed should really be saved only for sleeping. |
| 1:17.2 | It will actually help you sleep better if all you do in your bed is sleep. |
| 1:21.6 | So that's why I say that. You can lay down, you can sit, you can stand, |
| 1:25.8 | just don't do it in bed. And once you found that comfortable position wherever you want to be, |
