This week, we've been talking about being objective. And a good analogy for this is to

imagine life as a Ferris wheel. Sometimes you'll be at the top and you'll be feeling unstoppable.

But the thing about a wheel means that you'll spend some time at the bottom too.

It's easy to let life's ups and downs rule your mood, but what if you took a step back and saw that things aren't so black and white?

What if you saw things objectively and simply savored every experience for exactly what it was?

After all, the fun of a Ferris wheel is going around in the whole circle. You've got to ride through the bottom to enjoy the top.

And with today's episode, we'll open our minds to enjoy every spot on the Ferris Wheel of Life.

But first, let's take a moment just to pause.

Bring your awareness to yourself.

Notice how you feel, how your body feels, how your mind feels.

Try to observe all of this objectively, without attaching a positive or a negative meaning to it.

Each sensation just is.

It's a physiological happening of your body. Now let's take a few breaths together. So inhale, take a deep breath in, filling up with whatever it is you're feeling today.

And then exhale, slowly let it out,

and release any judgments you've made about yourself or what your day will be like.

Once more, inhale and exhale, releasing any expectations, any judgments.
