Take a big breath in.

Fill your lungs all the way up, hold it at the top, and then exhale. Just let that air fall

back out. If you're in bed, now's a great time to roll over and make your way to

standing up. All right,

now that we're all up and out of bed,

let's dive right into our meditation for today.

So find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home.
