So let's go ahead and dive right in. If you're starting this

episode from bed I do recommend that you roll over and make your way up into a

seated position.

You can meditate in any way or position that you'd like.

I just recommend that you do so sitting up

so that you don't fall back asleep.

And once you've settled into a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in,

begin to relax the body and the mind.

Mentally set aside anything else that you have going on in life.
