| 0:58.0 | So find a comfortable position that you want to meditate in. As you probably know, I recommend meditating sitting up. And that's really just to make sure you don't fall |

| 1:11.2 | in so do whatever works best for you, whether that's laying down, |
| 1:16.4 | standing up, or even walking. |
| 1:19.5 | And once you've found that comfortable position, just let yourself settle in. |
| 1:32.1 | Try to keep your body supported, but let go of any tension. |
| 1:37.0 | Take a deep breath in and on your exhale slowly close your eyes. Use this first moment to help guide your body and your mind into a meditative state. |
