We're back today for a meditation on this week's theme,

If you're still in bed, then I'd recommend starting

with yesterday's Wake Up and Stretch episode, which will get you up and

yesterday, creating a great day starts with controlling what we can.

Prioritizing those things and people that leave us energized, happy, and fulfilled.

But another part of great days is being able to roll with the punches.

We're going to get distracted and pulled away from our priorities,

and we have to be able to come back to them.

than a classic meditation practice. So that's what we'll do today.

So find a comfortable seat anywhere in your home will do.

I'd recommend not sitting in

bed though because you don't want to fall back asleep. And once you found that

seat take a second just to make sure you're comfortable.

You want to feel supported, but you don't want to hold on to any tension. Take a deep breath in, filling all the way into your chest and your belly.
