gave to the entire Morning Brew team earlier today. My thoughts after two and a

half weeks of reading, education, reflection around what I can do as an individual to take action and make a difference

as it relates to systemic discrimination in this country, but also how I think about what we

can do as an organization. I'm going to share these remarks

and one thing to keep in mind is that there were two other people who provided a

ton of great context in this morning meeting. Kate, our head of people at Morning Brew, as well as

Samir, our head of content. You're not going to hear them, so you're not going to hear all of the remarks,

but hopefully you get a flavor of what I addressed and hopefully

whether you're an individual a professional a manager there's something to take away from
