What we're going to do today is a series of positive affirmations

Affirmations are a really powerful tool to boost your positive opinion of yourself,

And you can do them however you'd like.

You can simply listen, you can repeat them out loud, or you can repeat them in your mind. For a deeper experience you can get into a meditative state by

closing your eyes and removing any other distractions. But regardless of how you're going to do these affirmations, let's all just pause and take one deep

So inhale all the way into your belly.
