| 0:06.0 | I'm Dave. I want to tell you what I did this morning. |
| 0:08.0 | I woke up a little after 6 a.m. did not need an alarm. |
| 0:11.0 | In fact, since I left the morning show at my radio station in December, |
| 0:16.0 | I've only used my alarm maybe a handful of times. |
| 0:20.0 | It is a wonderful, wonderful thing. |
| 0:23.3 | You know, the last 14 years, I had an alarm going off at like 3 a.m. |

| 0:40.2 | I got out of bed, started making coffee, grabbed a small travel bag that I have in my office, took it into the kitchen. |

| 1:35.1 | my bike, set my travel bag next to this folded up chair. I have, it's really an awesome basket. I have a single speed cruiser. Love my bike. |
