Keep mind, this is the first time this person is being introduced to your business. You know, another one of the things I like to say a lot is you don't get a second chance for the first impression. So yeah, definitely I'm scarring the board and I'm see what's going on. And I'm definitely going to try to get one of my better people out there. I'm definitely not going to send a steady eddies their first time customer. It's just not going to happen. I don't not saying that I don't trust that individual going there and maximize

But unlike a lot of dispatchers I had before him, he called himself and considered himself

the coach, like the team's coach.

And he would, you know, he would be the first to congratulate us if we turned something,

but he would also be, you know, if you ran too many calls

and you had clients calling in upset or you just weren't making anything happen,
