Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham as we move

seamlessly towards yet another point at which nothing will happen about us leaving the

European Union.

Yesterday, Theresa May was urging Tory MPs to sign up to a new deal that she has yet to strike

with Labour. Today, we're told that those same Tory MPs are going to have another conversation

about her leaving the Prime Minister's office, this time with Graham Brady, of course,

from the 1922 committee. But no one really believes their hearts are actually in it.

We'll be talking to former cabinet minister Matthew Paris about what happens now.

He's had some very choice things to say about Theresa May.
