For this next hour, I want to bring to you an awareness of a new way or a new approach to thinking about low moods, depression, anxiety, addiction, compulsive eating.

You know, those obsessive focus on your body, body you know the obsessive focus on body image low self-esteem and even anger for many of you you are experience if you are experiencing

any of these brain problems you immediately consider finding a good psychologist to talk over your past or current stressors.

You know, we believe that there is much more to the treatment of low moods, anxiety, and

obsessive thoughts than talk therapy. Now, you might think, okay, well, if it isn't talk therapy,

maybe I need medication.

Well, maybe an antidepressant or an anti-anxiety medication to change my brain chemistry would be the answer for me.

Well, again, we believe that there is a better answer to most of these brain problems.
