Monday night football, Chiefs and Jaguars in the game that when the schedule came out,

we didn't think would be much.

We thought, well, that's probably not good for Monday night football. A bit of a snoozer, Chiefs and Jags. But Jacksonville is three and one. They have been a takeaway machine this year ripping the ball away from opponents. So ball security will be very, very big in this one for the Chiefs. And I'll say what I've said from the beginning. I will take after the Chief's lost to the Chargers, I said, I'll be thrilled if the Chiefs are three and three after six games. And they can clinch that with a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars Monday night. That would obviously put the Chiefs to three and two with the Lions coming to town next weekend in Kansas City. It also is the lone game in a five-game stretch where the Chiefs have four out of five at home.

So you could see the Chiefs doing some damage and starting to really get their footing

and get a snowball or domino effect going to their season if they play well in Jacksonville and find a way to win.

In just a few minutes, Stan Weber will join us, and he's going to preview this for us. He watches every team in the NFL inside and out, knows the personnel, the matchups, and everything else. We're going to talk a little bit about whether the Chief's defense or offense will eventually be the reason the Chiefs are successful or not this year. And is there a problem with Harrison Butker? We're even going to talk

some stakes. Yes, we're going to talk stakes with Stan Weber because he and I, it's random how it

comes up, but things like this come up when you're doing interviews and we'll do that with Stan

Weber as we talk about the Chiefs. I don't love this matchup. I always have felt like when the Chiefs have played the

Jaguars through the years, they're sort of letdown games. Now, there's been plenty of reasons when

the Chiefs play the Jaguars to not take them all that seriously. The most recent memory I have

is the playoff game at Arrowhead Stadium where it didn't look the Chiefs were like the Chiefs were

taking them seriously, and it was a playoff game at Arrowhead Stadium. That's when Chad Henney came in and the term

Hennie thing is possible came to light and the Chiefs won a hard fought game at Arrowhead where

Mahomes got hurt, knocked out of the game to the locker room for halftime before he came back.

They won the game advanced and wound up winning the Super Bowl.
