We can't really sell this as the greatest weekend of sports that we've ever seen, but it's

going to be a darn good one. There's a lot of different action in different sports, which is kind of fun.

Major League Baseball heads off to the

Division Series. There's some excellent college football matchups. We're going to talk a little

college football coming up with Danny Klinkscale. Then Lee Sterling will be along with the picks.

We have a great conversation today with Congressman Mark Alford about safety and security for people

that may be targeted by radicals on the left. It's a very,

very good episode of KKHI. We'll start with sports. And the weekend that is ahead, it involves

KU and K State playing on the road in almost must-win situations. They've each lost a game in the

Big 12. And if they want to find their way in contention with a couple of games to go for the title

game in Dallas, these are games they got to win. You got to go out on the road and you've got to win these games. K-State has to win at Baylor. K-U has to win at UCF. Kansas is a four-point favorite. K-state is a six-and-a-half point underdog. K State played much better last week.
