And the title reads, Family identifies Houston attorney shot to death after reportedly trying to calm down angry McDonald's customer.

So according to police, a customer was arguing with employees because he wanted a refund.

The victim stepped in to try and calm the customer down before he was shot.

The family of a Houston attorney has identified him as the man who police say shot and

killed, who was shot and killed after he tried to intervene in a dispute between a customer

and employees at the West Houston McDonald's over the weekend.

So officers with the Houston Police Department responded to the shooting scene at 8147 Katie Freeway at about 6 p.m. on Saturday.

According to police, a customer was arguing with McDonald's employees because he wanted a refund for his order.

The victim, Jeffrey Limmer, reportedly stepped in to try to calm the man down, but he instead turned his attention to

lemer.

They went outside where there was a verbal disagreement between them and Limmer pushed the customer down according to police.

The customer then went to his car and pulled out a gun before he allegedly shot Limmer.

Houston Police Department said the gunman fled the scene in an early 2000s blue Ford pickup.

Limmer 46 was an associate at the Houston office of the Louis-Briz-Briz-law firm,

Brisbane-Briz-Briz-Briz-Briz-Bois law firm.
