First, we have a development in the story of Governor Andrew Cuomo, but sadly, it's

not that he's chosen to resign.

An executive assistant who accused him of growing hurt the governor's residence has now

filed a formal criminal complaint against him.

This is the first known instance where a woman has made an official report with a law enforcement

agency against Cuomo, which would make a potential arrest possible.

The talk of the political world this weekend was the closed-door testimony of Jeffrey Rosen,

who was acting attorney general towards the end of the Trump administration.

He told the Justice Department and congressional investigators that one of his deputies tried

to help former President Trump subvert the results of the 2020 election.

Specifically, his deputy Jeffrey Clark, yes, they are both named Jeffrey, pushed top leaders

to falsely and publicly assert that election fraud investigations call into question the

electoral college results.

Rosen also described exchanges with Clark where he continued to press colleagues to make

statements about the election that they found to be untrue, and he testified that Clark
