Thanks for being with us. On this 19th day of August Lisa's already rocking out. She's

was not a coffee in me right now.

It's my new thing. That's a coffee. My new thing. Yeah, I'm all on time. Trying to get the

bang going. Get the bang rolling. Yeah, you have to on a Monday. So tired I want to throw up.

So tired of what he was so tired. He was so tired. He died. My ulyge will just be like,

he was a tired, tired man. Often times he would vomit in the mornings because it hurts so bad.

Oh, he was tired. He was very tired. This is one thing I remember. So tired, he was. Two things I

know about him. He was tired and he hated exercise and healthy living. And that's what killed him.

So let's get to a couple of emails out of the gate here. This one is, I guess this guy's lucky.

His leader was arrested for being inappropriate with boys to put it lightly. Yeah. Once my fiance

saw the article, he had a wave of memories. He must have buried. Oh, geez. Not not that bad. God.
