Doubling down on evil. You know, sometimes we get ourselves in a pickle because of our bad choices.

Sometimes we find ourselves in bad situations and the very worst thing we can do is to double down on the dumb things that got us there.

But today we'll learn about a man that did just that.

Had a great healthy church conference this past week.

Man, I wish you could have been there.

We had the ministry leaders from 25 different states,

and the spirit and the content of the conference was just

amazing. So I want you to look at your calendar and at the end of April next year,

I don't have the exact dates. I think it's like the 28th and 29th. Whatever that Thursday and Friday, whatever the

Thursday and Friday are next year, 2007, we're doing it again. And we'd love to have you. It was power

packed with all kinds of practical sessions. And the whole conference really just helped us to

concentrate on the fact that our churches

can be healthy and how can they be healthy and what do healthy churches do and and how can

healthy churches make an impact in their respective communities and all of that it was really

really good so hope you'll come for, we're in First Kings chapter 16,
