Hi dear friends it's Eve here. Welcome to Radio Headspace. Thank you so much for joining

0:19.8

me on this brand new Wednesday. When was the last time you were in awe of something?

0:28.4

Were you allowed your imagination to run wild and truly enjoyed being immersed in the wonder

0:35.4

of what you were experiencing? I asked this question as I was really reminded of the importance

0:41.7

of this quite recently. I was watching the show prehistoric planet and as its title suggests

0:49.4

it's about life on Earth with dinosaurs 66 million years ago. And when I sat down to watch

2:08.5

of vast things that you don't necessarily understand or when you encounter vast mysteries in life.

2:16.5

Interestingly he also says that awe is not just about the big things in life. We can experience

2:22.8

awe in many different and small ways like witnessing a flower bloom or seeing someone help

2:30.1

our stranger who's in difficulty. And it got me thinking about the fact that we miss so many

2:36.0

moments in life that are awe inspiring, moments that fuel our creativity but even prompt us to look

2:43.6

at our own existence. And I think back to moments in my life when I've experienced awe and there is
