| 1:11.8 | joy gratitude and appreciation and the reason we focus on joy gratitude and appreciation is because |
| 1:17.3 | we have learned through lived experience and the science has confirmed that when we are rooted in |
| 1:21.3 | gratitude for example our bodies cannot also simultaneously be trapped by fear right you're like |
| 1:26.5 | biochemically you just cannot do both of those. And so when you're rooted in joy and appreciation, really hard to be trapped by loneliness and depression. And we intentionally curate those emotions through a ritual that we call a moment of gratitude. And the ritual is pretty simple. It goes a little something I like a yes. In just a minute, you're going to hear music. And when you hear that music, it's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us, because when we hear it, we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, deepest, most lung capacity expanding, joyful heart, invigorate, and troubled, non-cleansing, and weary soul uplifting, the most amazingly juicy breath.
