Hey, you guys, welcome to Heal, Survive, and Thrive. This week, we are going to talk about a serious topic.

We're going to talk about mom guilt. Okay, ladies, sorry dads. I mean, I know you guys have a dad guilt as well, but moms, single moms, married moms, alone moms, whatever moms. If you are a mother, you have had this before.

So let's have a quick like Venn session and help each other out because I know that if I feel

I know you know what it feels like to really have mom guilt no matter what it is.

reasons and for me having been a full time stay at home mom a working mom a single mom a have a

partner but sometimes I'm still a single mom there's just like there's layers of guilt that I think we all feel, regardless of

what kind of a mom we are. Are we a mom to one child? Do we have five children? Are we home full time?

Are we not home full time? Like, it doesn't matter. I'm telling you the list goes on and on.

If you ended a relationship, like you initiated

the breakup or the divorce, probably going to have a little bit of guilt. If you have only so many

days with your kids, and now really, I'm going to start talking about the single moms, but
