0:34.9	sucks and it sucks that we even have to even talk about this in general,
0:37.6	it is a fact of life. It's something that a lot of us actually go through. And I got to be honest,
0:41.7	I didn't even realize so many people cheat. Like I honestly, maybe I was just like naive. Like I
0:48.7	knew people obviously cheat and have affairs, but hell, I realized there's a lot of people out there doing shady stuff
0:57.2	like behind their partner's backs. And when it happens time and time again to you, you start to kind of,
1:04.0	you start to kind of like wonder like, what did I do to possibly deserve this? Like, why is this
1:08.7	happening to me? The very first thing I'm going to
1:13.4	tell you is that nothing of any of that that person is doing has anything to do with you.
1:23.4	And when I say this, I want you to like absorb this and let it like seep into you.
1:28.7	I know it's not going to like help the tears from like not like, you know, falling down your
1:31.9	face right now. I totally get that. But I want you to truly, truly understand. I want you to not
1:36.9	only repeat that, but I also want you to fully understand what it actually means. Like someone who has the capability to cheat,
1:48.0	and I'm not even talking just once, maybe once, but definitely someone who has the ability
1:52.8	to do it over and over again on you, that has nothing to do with you. It's just, it literally
2:00.6	is all about them. And I know where your mind is going next. It's just it literally is all about them and I know where your mind is
2:03.4	going next. It's like okay stuff like I hear you. I hear that all the time but how can it not be about me?
