| 1:05.5 | You recently gave some testimony in front of the House Administration Committee on U.S. elections, your research, your work in the past. |
| 1:15.1 | What was your message that you wanted to get across to these members of the House? |
| 1:19.6 | Well, the purpose of the committee hearing was to discuss Zuckerbux, which is the colloquial term for the private takeover of government election offices to run get-out-the-vote efforts in a partisan fashion. |
| 1:32.0 | And it's named that because of Mark Zuckerberg funding that type of operation in the 2020 election. |
| 1:39.2 | But it's ongoing in all sorts of ways. |
| 1:41.1 | And so that was the purpose of the committee hearing. |
| 1:45.7 | And I was talking about that because my book rigged goes into that topic quite a bit. But I also wanted people to think through |
| 1:50.3 | all the ways that our elections are under attack. And it's not just through the private takeover |
| 1:55.0 | of government election offices. It's also through the censorship industrial complex, which |
| 2:00.1 | suppresses news and information that does not match with like approved narratives and elevates false news and information that does match with approved narratives. |
