December 9th through the 11th. After that, we'll be February 17th through the 19th, 2023.

So just so you know, after this year, we are going to experience a slight increase in the

price of the seminar.

I would suggest signing up for the December seminar.

For training camps on the list, we do have a self-sufficient lifter camp on November 19th.

That's in Wichita Falls covering the squat,

the press, the deadlift, how to film yourself, and how to diagnose your own technique.

We've added another lift shoot fight camp to the list. That's going to be December 17th through

the 18th in Wichita Falls. That's a two-day camp covering the lifts, some firearm stuff,

and some combatives. Soul Brothers and Seoul South Korea are back at it with back-to-back camps on December 4th.

First up, a squat camp in the morning, followed by a deadlift and power clean camp later that afternoon.

They are two separate camps, but if you purchase them together, you can save $40.
