What's up, y'all? It's Bethany and Kristen. The other week, I posted a reel to Instagram,

and it has over 5 million views, over 15,000 likes, tons of comments, tons of shares,

and here is what the reel said. Modesty used to rule our lives. Here's why it no longer does.

And it's a picture of Kristen and I from

2009. If you're on YouTube, you can see it if you're on the podcast. And this post resonated

with people. People were like, oh my goodness, like one, they're like y'all's outfits are hilarious.

Glad y'all ditched to those outfits, which if y'all don't know,

this was actually a photo shoot we did for, it was like, I don't even know if Girl Define exists.

No, it would be before Girl Defined. Yeah, 2009. I think we were trying to do some other

like ministry things online, blog maybe. Yeah. That's funny. But what's crazy is that if you

rewind back in history to Girl Defined,

modesty actually is kind of like, it's kind of like what got Girl Defined off the

ground in a sense. Like Modesty, we weren't necessarily planning to talk about it a lot,

but the first time we talked about Modesty in a blog post, you know, just in general at Girl

Define, the views were like, boom, they skyrocketed.

And so Christian and I were like, oh my goodness, there's this huge need.

There's this like people want, they need help in this area.

And so I really think that we, out of a heart to help people, we dove into the topic of

modesty, like full steam ahead.

And it kind of became like people, I remember people

making comments to us, like the modesty ministry. And I was like, wait a minute, we're like,

we're not a modesty ministry. Like, what are you talking about? You know? And it just kind of was this
