Tesla Podcast. My name is Rob Maower. Today we are talking

about a little bit of news on the Model 3 delivery timeline for China.

Tesla stock in the pre-market is down about 4 tenths of a percent to just below $345 per share.

Overall a pretty quiet weekend for Tesla.

This morning we do potentially have a little bit of news here.

Nothing is confirmed yet.

This is kind of originating from Twitter, but it is from someone named Vincent who has broken some news on China in the past.

His Twitter account exactly is at Vincent 130. 31925, if anybody wants to follow.

But a few hours ago, he tweeted, quote,

breaking, Tesla might be ready to deliver model three to China.

Friend of mine received delivery notice from March 2019.

About an hour ago he tweeted another update to this adding that quote

received delivery notice by phone call available for long-range model

available for Tesla owners,

Model S&X, and Configuration Email

should be out shortly within weeks, end quote.

So to me, what it sounds like is Tesla

is giving certain people in China current owners for model S&X delivery estimates of March

2019. That timeline would fit with a statement that Elon made on the Q3 earnings call saying quote looking ahead we expect to produce

and sell even more model 3's in Q4 and expect that trend to continue into Q1 we're

excited to bring model 3 to Europe and China early next year given that market for mid-sized premium sedans in those
