| 1:06.4 | supplier, Magna International, has closed a deal |
| 1:09.5 | with the electric vehicle maker Fisker |
| 1:12.3 | to supply the vehicle platform and build the company's |
| 1:16.8 | ocean SUV. Now Fisker is merging with a special purpose acquisition company Spartan Energy |
| 1:25.3 | Acquisition Corp and it said it had finalized the deal with Magna which is |
| 1:32.2 | headquartered in Canada to build this ocean SUV in Europe. |
| 1:37.5 | Of course we know Magna being such a major supplier, this isn't their only foray into the future of mobility or even their only interest in providing vehicle platforms. |
| 1:49.0 | Magna also has a tentative deal to build vehicles for EV startup canoe holdings. |
| 1:55.0 | So lots in their pipeline and actually I spoke to Swami Kotegegeiri who's president of Magna |
