After doing a live-in rehab and reaping the rewards of sweat equity, value-add real estate investing has become a love affair that will last a lifetime. After learning that commercial real estate assets were valued on the income they generate and not using the comparable method as in the residential world, Chad was hooked. Since then Chad has closed on 138 units of sub-50 unit multifamily properties, has 72 units under contract and is growing with a team to do more together.

1:01.9	management. It was a manager-way boot camp. And for me, it was about property management versus
1:05.3	asset management. And they're completely different, right? And I thought, Jake and I, we had our own thousand units by ourselves,

1:15.1	working on the business and start teaching people, you really have those aha moments yourself.
