here on the magnificent Monday edition of the yard. I hope you had a great weekend. We are less than five

weeks away from Mississippi State playing football. And there's going to be a preseason NFL game this week.

So if you've got to hankering for some physical contact on the gridiron,

you're going to be able to scratch that edge this week.

Yeah.

We also begin football practice this week.

Not exactly sure how much availability we're going to have yet.

That understood, the next time we get together,

we'll have had opportunity to interview some assistant coaches.

We did not get assistant coaches during spring camp.

Jeff Labby kind of following the Nick Saban model

and being the voice of the program during the spring,

we will have an opportunity to meet with them.

I'm not sure how often it's going to happen, but we did do some interviews,

me and some other people in the Mississippi State beat, prior to camp with some of our assistant

coaches.

I had a Matt Halalcheck feature, Holocchuk, excuse me, and a couple others.

But we'll have an opportunity to speak to them,
