And as always, I am your good friend and host Steve Roberts.

And here on the Humday edition of the yard, I admit to you yesterday was weird for me.

Really, really weird because I recorded the Monday show on Sunday.

And so as a result, you know, I'm used to recording pretty much every other day during the week.

All day yesterday, it was almost just

like a mystery day because i didn't record on monday and so i'm thinking i don't normally go two

days without recording during the week and so all day long i kept having to remind myself that yesterday

was tuesday we did get players and coaches last night we're going to talk about that a little bit later in the show.

It's cool to have some routine.

That's what I love about football season, especially for our job.

It's difficult some days to get up wondering what you're going to write about.

And so when you have these media opportunities and we get a chance to talk to coaches and players,

it's a lot easier.

It's a target-rich environment, shall we say.

And so I like the fact that we're going to have a chance to talk players and coaches pretty much every day this week, the rest of the week. And we'll get Mike Leach on Saturday. Rumors of a Saturday scrimmage. It'll be interesting to hear what Coach Leach has to think after the Bulldogs first have their first,

you know, kind of give a game type atmosphere. No cal

belts, of course. But be that as it may, there is a lot going on in the world of athletics.

Big news out of Baton Rouge today. Many of you have wondered about this.

There have been some allegations about LSU kind of in the wind for a long time now.

You guys, let me bring you up to speed for those of you that perhaps have not kind of been up to speed on all that.
