As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the magnificent Monday edition

of the yard. And what a unbelievably magnificent day it is. It is, I don't know if you're aware of this.

It is still baseball season here in Starkville, Mississippi. And the sun came up this morning, much later for me than normal.

But the sun came up today, and your diamond dogs hold the distinction of being the only team in the United States of America.

To advance to the NCAA College Baseball Super Regional

round for four consecutive years 16, 17, 18, and 19 the Jake Mangum era at Mississippi

State will end with four super regionals.

How cool is that?

The only team in the country, the only team in the nation, to have gone to the last four.

I'm sure we can go back and do the math, and there may have been some other teams, perhaps OSU, perhaps South Carolina, that did it prior to Mississippi State.

But we believe this is the first team in the history of the college game to win four

regionals with four different head coaches.

Because it is about the culture at Mississippi State rather than the coaches, if that makes sense.
