1:23.8	Kathy, your book was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. I enjoy your style of writing

1:32.4	Thank you John. I'm happy to be here. Could you give us a little bit about your background
1:36.3	and what inspired you to write this story? I had a pretty normal life I would say with
1:42.6	traditional ups and downs and I was helping a friend go through a bone marrow transplant
1:50.7	and I got very run down it took about six to eight months for that process and then he died
1:57.5	so I got very sick when a virus very similar to COVID came around. This was 21 years ago in LA
2:05.7	and I developed pneumonia and then ARDS which is acute respiratory distress syndrome which is
2:14.5	also called lung failure. That's what most people die of when they get some sort of respiratory
