It's 4.15 in the morning and I'm in my garage slash studio and I gotta admit this is

abnormally early for me. I wake up usually closer to five. But I'm making this

episode today because I have so many clients and I've met so many people who are frustrated with what

they do, they're in shitty jobs, they want to do other things and their excuse is I have no time.

I get that time is real.

I get, especially if you have kids.

I mean, yeah, you can only, there's only so many hours in the day right I get

that of course so what's left is the morning and then I'll also get people say, well, I'm not a morning person.

Well, that's a choice.

There are people that generally are not morning people.

I get it. My partner Vanessa,

she doesn't do well if she wakes up at 4 a.m.

But she could wake up at 6 a.m.

You know, she could wake up at 6 a.m. you know she could wake up at 7 and get an hour or 2 hours

in before the day starts and I'm telling you, this is the key to building bridges.

I started doing this 12 years ago,

and I had a full-time job. I was working in nonprofit and I had shifts.

So I would either go in from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or I would do the night shift. I would work from 5 p.m. to 10. But I would get up every morning,
