Super excited about today's episode. We're going to talk about anxious attachment.

This is something that I have. I have an anxious attachment style and of course everyone is swimming toward secure but I want this episode to be

specifically on anxious attachment just because I think there's so much to talk about and I think a lot of the attachment styles and I want to kind of donate our time just to this specific one.

Selfishly because that is my attachment style,

but I think many can learn from that.

Why did you choose this profession?

How did you get here?

That's a good question.

I feel like I had a couple other careers and I was a little bit lost and I don't regret

choices, but I felt like a spiritual kind of calling to help people initially with depression.

I struggled with depression and anxiety myself

and I started working in the addiction field
