Welcome, guys and gals to the Man Talk Show. I'm Connor Beaton, and today we're going to be talking

about how to give you more energy. Now, if you're like most people, you might be feeling a little bit

run down, a little bit overwhelmed, a little bit overworked, and a little bit like maybe you have

more to do lists, maybe you have more tasks to do, maybe you have more responsibilities

to take care of, then you do time and energy in the day. I have been hearing so many people

lately saying, like, Connor, I feel like I don't have enough time. I feel like time is just moving

so quickly and I have so much to do and everything seems to be speeding up. And so if you're

this episode is going to help you actually manage your energy levels in a very strategic and

specific way. And I'm not going to talk about the basic things. Like, you know, you should be

getting to seven to eight hours of sleep every night. You should be eating healthy and you should

be drinking a few liters of water every single. You should be eating healthy and you should be drinking a few

liters of water every single day. Those are just the foundational things. I'm going to be talking

get more sleep, and drink more water. And it's like, cool, thank you. I know those things are important.

So I'm going to give you some very strategic things to layer on to that. Because what most people do

to try and manage their energies when they feel the dip throughout the day or the week is that they go

directly to stimulants. They go directly to

caffeine-based drinks or sugar-based drinks or sugary treats to try and give them that spike of

energy so that they can push through and get everything done that they need to get accomplished.
